Rapeseed oil, cold-pressed and crude Ol’Vita

Ol'Vita's unrefined, raw rapeseed oil is cold-pressed from carefully selected Polish rapeseed. Recipe Suggestion: Rapeseed Oil Vinaigrette

Ingredients:

• 1/4 cup Ol'Vita cold-pressed unrefined raw rapeseed oil
• 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
• 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
• 1 teaspoon honey
• Salt and pepper to taste
• Fresh herbs (optional)

Instructions:

1. In a small bowl, whisk together the apple cider vinegar, Dijon mustard, and honey until well combined.
2. Slowly drizzle in the rapeseed oil while continuously whisking to create a smooth emulsion.
3. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
4. Add chopped fresh herbs if desired.
5. Drizzle over salads, roasted vegetables, or use as a marinade for meats.
