Shipping Information

All orders (except furniture orders) placed before 3:00 PM from Monday to Friday will be shipped on the same working day using the selected carrier. If the selected carrier is unavailable at your location or due to unforeseen circumstances, we reserve the right to change the carrier.

For furniture orders, the daily cut-off time is 11:30 AM. Orders for furniture placed after this time will be processed on the next working day.

Orders placed on Friday after 3:00 PM, as well as on Saturday and Sunday, will be shipped on Monday. Orders placed on bank holidays will be shipped on the next working day.

  • Standard Delivery (1–3 working days): £3.99

  • Free Shipping: Available on all orders over £60

  • Furniture Delivery to Northern Ireland: £30 (flat rate)
